RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• The customer bears the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items
• Worn or washed items.
• Hygiene products.
• Clearance items.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method OR as store credit.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after approval.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The customer bears shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged / Wrong Item
• Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
