We sell clothing, activewear, and related fashion products. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per customer.
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

4. Pricing & Availability
• Prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization OR COD order verification. We may cancel orders if payment fails, stock is unavailable, or suspicious activity is detected.
6. Payments
We accept:
• SkipCash (Credit Card, Debit Card, NAPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
• Same-day delivery within Qatar (except Fridays & public holidays).
• International shipping available.
• Third-party courier partners used.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Customer bears return shipping cost.
• Hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible.
Refund options: Original payment method or Store credit.
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customer bears shipping cost unless item is defective.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Codes cannot be combined unless stated. We may cancel promotions anytime.
11. User Accounts
You may create an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use the site for illegal purposes, attempt to hack/disrupt systems, or upload malicious code.
